Naldo and Anderson, two standout staff members, made our stay memorable with their warmth and attentiveness, shining amidst a slightly overwhelmed team. The highlight was the prime beachfront location, offering endless fun for our kids. Despite minor hiccups like the unattended front desk and ongoing parking lot construction, the free WiFi ensured we stayed connected. The room service was a lifesaver on busy days, and the tour desk helped us plan exciting outings effortlessly. Though the property has room for improvement in management, its family-friendly amenities and activities make it a decent choice for those seeking a beach-centered retreat.
